Terrible awful place to work. My name is Gerald Broughton, I was harassed by a racist white man name Matt assistant manager on my very first day. On my first day of work March 17, 2022 Matt, this rude disrespectful white man was yelling and screaming at me being very disrespectful shouting being very unprofessional at Honda at Stonecrest in Lithonia Georgia.

I reported his terrible behavior to Danny the manager, I was told if I didn't like the treatment, you don't need to work here. I reported Matt and Danny's behavior of racial discrimination to his superior, they fired me out of retaliation for filing a complaint against Matt and his childish rude behavior. I filed a complaint to the EEOC and they are investigating these awful terrible racist white men.

This is a terrible place to work, they have over 290 complaints online and they treat their customers and new employees like crap! I advise people don't work here! These people have bad attitudes and they have no respect what so ever to new employees. The fact that I was fired for reporting a white man for being disrepectful and not showing me any respect, I think is a bad reflection on Honda of Stonecrest conduct and lack of being unprofessional to new workers on their first day.

Some people lack education and they do not have the intelligence to know how to communicate in the work place. Matt is a racist white disrespectful person and he has no business working with the public with this kind of behavior. My complaint about Matt was ignored and I was fired out of retaliation by Danny and Honda for filing a complaint which tells you what kind of trash works there. It is unfortunate that grown men fail to know how to communicate with understanding.

You can harass and fire good people, but it doesn't solve the inexplicable ridiculous behavior and intolerance. Some companies such as Stonecrest Honda don't understand this, therefore they loose good employees and have a high turnover rate due to their stupidity and neglegence.
