I reached out Numerous of times ((Jeff once replied who are you)) then Jeff stated I will look into it in never heard from him or his wife Cyrena Fordley. I worked at Kona Grill Carmel Indiana never received the paycheck from Jeff. I have few witnesses that have same statements.
