StormGuard Impact Windows and Doors Do Not Buy Impact Windows From StormGuard Boynton Beach Florida

I ordered my impact windows in May 2018 & THE JOB STILL ISN'T FINISHED  with themclaiming "They haven't heard from the manufacture on what's going on with our windows". I was told it would take no more than 8 weeks total to get everything done (including installation). I wanted windows before the hurricane season and to get the much needed energy savings during the summer. I paid the first part of my invoice on June 13, 2018.

I checked in about 8 weeks later on August 8th, and they said I should have my windows delivered soon (lies). Another month went by - nothing. Another month after that - still nothing. I kept calling and they finally told me that everything was months late because their factory moved. Nobody had called to let us know this. At this point, we were past summer (so I've lost energy savings there), and we were past hurricane season (thank goodness we didn't have one). It had been 5 months at this point and they had no idea when my windows would be done.

Anytime I called, nobody had answers for me. They finally told me my windows would be there October 4th (lies). That date came and went. I finally asked for my money back, but they lied and said they couldn't because my windows were done and being shipped that week. They called me on October 26th to set up the installation, so I thought that meant they had my windows in finally. We set the installation date for Nov 12th. I physically went into the office to make this appointment and make sure everything was set and ready to go. On installation day, NOBODY SHOWED UP. Absolutely disrespectful and not something a reputable company would ever do.

I was even more upset because I had flown back on my birthday the day before to make sure I was there for the install, my husband took a PTO day off work, we spent the entire night before moving our furniture away from the windows and prepping the house, we had made arrangements for our dogs to be out of the house.... and nobody showed up or even called to tell us they weren't coming. I physically had to go into the office to find out that OOOPS they didn't actually have my windows, so nothing was ready for the install.
