Against my better judgement, I signed up for a pre-opening membership to this location back in August 2021 and was charged over $200, with the promise that this location would be opening the following month. Now, well into December, this branch is still not open and communication from this company is non-existent regarding the status of the new branch. Management does not return phone calls.
I recommend avoiding this unethical company, and have learned my lesson the hard way about signing up for this type of arrangement. Unfortunately, the promised opening date was solely on a verbal basis and not in writing, which was a HUGE mistake on my part. Unfortunately, i am past the 60 day period where i can dispute the charges to my credit card. So, buyer beware!
Just so everyone is aware, the owner of this particular franchise is Levick Enterprises LLC. They may own other StretchLab locations in the area.

I wanted to report that the situation has been resolved to my satisfaction. Owner allowed me to transfer my membership to another location nearby, and at the same price as the promotional rate for the new location. Service has been outstanding.
I believe that this situation can be chalked up to the extreme difficulty of trying to open a new business during this time of labor and material shortages, etc.
