During checkin the evening I arrived, Theresa was there to help me. For some reason she billed the room, but added a deposit for the room without telling or asking me. It was placed on my card and was later claimed to total $100. This was however done in a way that would be construed as sleight of hand.

Some amount close to $50 was billed on top of the reserved rate as an additional amount. The room was billed as agreed but an amount close to $50 was added on top of that. No receipts were ever given. The room keys did not work, and the cab driver seemed in a hurry and left despite my asking him to wait.

As I had feared after getting my heavy luggage to the 2nd floor room, the keys did not work. I had to walk all the way up to the office and Theresa made new keys. They did not work. I called again from my cell phone to say this. She then put me in a new room and I had to walk up to the office once more for keys.

I had to carry my bags down and across the lot to the 2nd floor room at the far end of the other building. In the process I hurt my back being injured from a prior hotel's negligence. It was cold and snowing being still winter in New Mexico. Early the next morning John the maintenance person was in the room below me, slamming the door.

He also was violently smashing some large heavy object onto the floor shaking my floor. He leaves violently slamming the door again shaking my floor. Soon other guests arrived in the adjacent room sharing my headboard, a woman with kids. The woman was prone to violently kicking on the headboard wall shaking my wall and the CFL lamps.

Her kids ran around on the upper balcony pounding on my door, attempting to open it. I had to call the office to complain. Soon this person left and a person named William Brandon Carter arrived with a large boy and smaller boy. He behaved the same way, with he and his older son kicking on the headboard wall.

At one point he left the room all day, with the minors not attended and they acted up more. I called the front desk and the manager then in effect said too much. She said I seem to have lots of problems and maybe I should change rooms. This indicated to me that she is guilty and these people, as more arrived later, did not belong there.

The telling me she wanted me to change rooms, is another effort to aggregate the other room change. But overall since I was not the problem, and they can see this on security cams, why bother me? This was done intentionally as was the initial room change since vanity in the 2nd room was wrong. Transient tax is only paid for stays under 30 days, and is returned on stays beyond that.

For some reason the amount went up, and was higher when I went to the office after calling. It then went down when I asked about it, but overall was $200+ instead of the $100 it should be. Since 4 weeks of tax, the rate and paid amount did not change, would reduce the $300/week by $200. These people are liars and thieves.

After William Brandon Carter left, the maintenance man was in that room and I was told damage was made. John began violently kicking and pounding on the headboard at 8am as I lay there sleeping. This was not needed at all.  And it was intentionally malicious. I don't know these people at all and they do not know me.

On a later winter day my lock ceased to function and I called the office. Nothing was done for over 22 hours until I called the next am to ask. The female office person fliply quipped she'd put this on a list and when he can John will fix it. I said now is good.  They were not aware if I was in or stranded outside the room. As I went to call Guest Relations, John knocked on my door with 2 new keys.

He also checked the safety hasp, and other items in the room. Both he and Ricardo and the office staff have a bad habit: They feel this is football and they just point their shoulder and attempt to shove people around. I don't dance and explained how this is done. There is a common denominator here, violence and aggression.

The rooms are small, some of us are injured, and we need some kind of people skills to move forward. John mentioned as he left that he served in Vietnam, etc and I wonder if this is his way of confessing? It seems when we encounter hostile people they support it via service in US DOD. I wonder what side he fights on, then, or now?

I went without service for 60 days and needed bed linens.  This happened twice. After calling repeatedly, towards the end of that day Ricardo serviced my room. In the process he stole the sink strainer, smeared some kind of black grease pencil like goop around. I sat and watched him do this. The black soot was on the chair, bedding, towels, in the kitchen and bath vanity areas, etc.

Later I took a bag of trash to the bins, Ricardo claimed this is bulk and he'd take it to the dumpster. It was a small bag of kitchen trash, not bulk. Later a younger boy who hired on here did same thing at top of steps as I exited my room. He glared at me, menaced me in this hostile abusive, & aggressive fashion snarling at me about the bag. And sarcastically saying yes sir this has to be taken out back.

A drama queen in total. Both are wrong and they had no idea what was in the bags. The laundry was broken here for many weeks and for some reason the women staff all wore dirty clothes. It was as if they smeared them with mud and potting soil. Some kind of guilt offering? At one point as I picked up a parcel Theresa asked if I was going to break her legs.

She drove some small blue SUV with a decal of Queen Elizabeth on the side window.  Why? It seems a femme fatale paradigm to play victim on harm caused to my legs in other places. This got too personal. For long after the time COVID mask mandates were removed, women office staff demanded we wear them. This was never up to them. Nor was the other behaviors.

These people think they are God. They also have something else to hide, the floors and walls shake under various circumstances. Slamming car doors, or other audio events will cause my room floor to shake. Impossible lest it is being done intentionally. And with that even the outer walls shake, putting arms on the hotel door, has you note it shakes too.

This is totally impossible AND totally illegal. This is all part of their "We Are God" paradigms that say you call come here to be abused as such. As with their other psycho-babble psycho-drama psycho-abuse crud. Done with audio sampling and trandsucers that don't belong there, likely also via hidden cams.
