This company claims that they are there to support you through the operations team but this is not correct. In fact, this could not be further from the truth. When I sent my child to study through this company, the individual responsible for “overseeing and maintaining the company’s institutional agreements and communication with the” university stopped responding to him midway through the term. As a result, he was left without support, and when it was time for exams, they were no longer available. Despite multiple messages being sent, no responses were received.

Upon his arrival in the country, the company was supposed to pick him up from the airport as part of the contract. Instead, he was left to find his own way to the city. He was harassed by taxi drivers at the airport and had to tell passport control that he was a tourist because the company failed to issue his student visa.

They took all the money I paid them but did not provide the promised services. The transition was anything but smooth—he was left to fend for himself, completely alone.

When we reached out to ask why communication had suddenly stopped and why they failed to issue his student visa, we received no response.

I seriously doubt the legitimacy of the positive reviews here. It’s likely they are paying people to write them in an attempt to cover up their negligence.
