Succentrix Business Advisors They refuse to honor the contract. They will not provide training/support. Athens GA

I purchase a franchise, training course and ongoing support from this company.

We did have a training week, but not much training was received. Training week consists of various third-party companies trying to sell me their products. (jetpack, IT service, auto entry, counting works)

I have questioned the legitimacy of the $4,500 training program and Alan recommended that I enroll in and pay for the HR Block’s employment training program.

I informed the Succentrix staff that I did not fee prepared after the training week and they insured me that ongoing support was included in the training program.

The ‘Support’ component is not any better.

Emails and phone calls will go unanswered.

Over the past two month here is my experience:

Total calls          63

Answered calls 9

Missed calls      54 (4 calls returned days later)

I have asked tax questions related to our tax service (multiple occasions) and received guidance from the tax support team. The full tax return was then reviewed by the tax support group with not changes suggested. I later discovered that the incorrect tax treatment was advised, causing tax overpayment or other errors.

This company is not capable of training me to offer the services that the franchise sells.
