Summit & Vistaar Pharmacy Indiamart, Anil Gangwani, Summit O. Tahi, , Kachela Medex Private Limited Bait and Switch - offer low price, then double it to get delivery Nagpur- Maharashtra, India

I placed an online pharmacy order from a person claiming to be Summit O. Tahi with Summit & Vistaar Pharmacy selling products in association with  Kachela Medex Private Limited. I also put out a general inquiry for the same. I immediately received a call from a US number +1 317 660-5092 from a man claiming to be with Kachela Medex with the name Anil Gangwani. I also received an email from Indiamart from Kachela Medex from a man of the same name. I proceeded with an order. I was asked to zelle money to Donald Hawkins at Donaldwayne807@gmail.com. That did not work, so he then had me send Moneygram cash pickup to Manzura Yuldosheva in Istanbul Turkey. That payment went through. Mr. Gangwani sent me a shipping confirmation from cargocontinentalinc.com with a tracking code of CCI3696459US. This showed up on their website as being sent to me on July 28. Two days later, Mr. Tahi informed me that I must pay $122 in "compulsory" insurance for Turkey to release the package. He states that I get 80% back when it is delivered. As there was never any mention of this additional cost (shipping was already included in the $145 quote), I refused to send any more money and know this now be a SCAM. I am concerned as he obtained my contact information through the Indiamart site.  Indiamart cannot be trusted to have all valid suppliers.
