This company does not even have a working phone number. It goes to someone's cell phone whose voicemail is always "full". I found them on Groupon. Since I could not get through via calling I texted. After being 1.5 hours late they texted me to confirm my address. Which they had correct. They texted how to get in the gate. I said there is no gate.
instead of calling me to ask for help they just turned around and left. They did not even attempt to make it right. I had to go through Groupon who have to escalate the issue to upper management just to get me a refund.
this company is a joke and they are very shady. They completely stopped answering texts after they said bc they couldn't find it they would have to reschedule. They were obviously at the gate to the neighborhood behind me. They didn't even TRY to find me.
