I ordered a 21' piece of 1" pipe from the seller. But he refused to ship saying he didn't have enough shipping cost listed to ship from Bakersfield CA warehouse to my drop off location in Farmersville CA.

He then relisted as local pickup, this time I bought 6 pieces. I told him I would be going to Bakersfield the next day, which I did, but nobody was there. It cost me $20.00 for gas, & 2-1/2 hours for time, which I value @ $100.00.

I even offered to buy all his stock, if he would ship it to the shop in Farmersville, Speed Frame Eng. Who's owner was interested in some of the pipe & agreed to split the shipping with me. The seller never even responded to the offer.

At this point I just want compensated for my expenses, of $120.00.
