I’m reporting the company owners, Darlene & Sarge Rhoden for failure to honor the terms of a 6-year long contractual business agreement for my travel group that spanned 2015 - 2021.  They honored the agreements until this year.  Without reason or explanation they have not paid the amount owed in full for the 2021 ELR Event.

The event was completed on July 2, 2021.  It is customary for payments to be made within thirty days, my event was 133 days ago (as of Nov 12, 2021)

They received the initial financial statement for review the week following my event.  They made a partial payment of 10,000 validating our agreement.  

Since that time, they have dodged conversations, delayed contact by multiple weeks, made false promises of payment, & have given any number of personal excuses for their delay.  In the midst of this four month battle, they suddenly decided to change the terms of our long standing agreement.  In order for me to receive any payment I was forced to make concessions and have still not received the balance.

They still owe $10,434.80 based on the original agreement for my affiliate sales commission.  I had offered a discount to get the account paid in full since they clearly are having financial hardship.  They have refused my offer therefore I have recalled that deal and now demand payment in full.

They are refusing to pay and fail to respond to my correspondence after Sarge promised a final payment deposit on Oct 4th.   

After their false promises of payment completion & now disappearance, they leave me no other options but to file reports here, with the BBB, the Travel Licensing board and file criminal charges against them in the Florida Courts. They just completed building a new expensive home on the Island of Jamaica, yet refuse to honor this business contract.  

Be careful if you enter into any financial agreements with them.  They don’t follow the rules or stand by their word. The business is listed under these headings:
