Sunshine Surrogacy is conducting illegal business practices by going through third party professional services and then overcharging intended parents. They tell the intended parent that it cost x amount of dollars to run background checks, psychological screenings, or legal services. In reality it costs them half as much as they charged if not less than that. Such as charging 2000 for contracts to be reviewed when the attorney only charged 1000, 1000 for PBO forms when the attorney only charged 500, charging 300 for background check when it only cost the agency 85, and more. Intended parents save money for years to be able to grow their families and its disgusting to see these business practices in place. I hope this stems as a warning for all intended parents and surrogates to stay away from Sunshine Surrogacy and spreads the word of their awful business.
