Super Autos Hialeah Refused to Rescind Sale and Refund $43,250 When They Failed to Deliver Vehicle in Good Condition Hialeah Florida

Approximately 30 days ago, our company Park Models & Modulars, LLC wired $43,250 to Super Autos Doral in Hialeah, Florida, for a 2024 Ram 2500 after I traveled to Miami to inspect the vehicle. Due to sales tax issues, we had the vehicle shipped to our location in Southwest Georgia. The vehicle arrived severely damaged during transport before we ever accepted delivery. We immediately notified the dealership of our rescission of sale and demanded a full refund. Despite assurances from the dealership, no refund has been issued. I even traveled back to Miami to meet with the dealership staff who assured me I would hear back from their attorney. This was another in a growing list of commitments not kept by this dealership. We have since filed complaints with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Florida Attorney General, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. DHSMV has now opened a formal investigation. Super Autos Doral has failed to act in good faith, have refused to communicate through legal counsel as promised, and continues to hold onto our funds with no legal right to do so. This is not how ethical businesses operate. We strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before doing business with this dealership.
