I dropped off three pairs of pants to be hemmed 1", they were 32" inseam when I dropped them off as shown on the manufacturer tags on the inside of the pants, and they should have been 31" inseam when I picked them up, but they were only 30" inseam instead, the owner said they would redo them, three weeks later after many phone calls, the pants were ready to find out they just undone the work they had done before and put them back to its original state from when I first dropped them off, so no work was done. I asked for a refund, and the owner refused to refund me. The work they were hired for was not done, and they inconvenienced me by not having pants to wear for more than three weeks. I want a refund immediately.
