My experience with Super Moving Bros of Colorado Springs was full of damaged and missing items, their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. 

Super Moving Bros of Colorado Springs damaged my property with impunity. When I communicated with Alex (owner/manager) about the damage, he responded that since his customers were liars or dishonest he must protect his company from them.

He stated that unless one of his five men admitted to damaging my property or were caught in the act of damaging my property, he assumes his customers are liars or dishonest and subsequently rejected my claim. Their contract allows Super Moving Bros to avoid responsibility for their actions including damaging property. Also, the crew leader would not load my cleaning supplies, and made up some nonsense that was not mentioned in the contract.

Cynically, Alex (Super Moving Bros owner/manager) blamed me for not stopping his crew from misusing my property to prop open the door which they subsequently broke. He ridiculously claimed that door stoppers do not work.

It was disappointing how Alex’s Super Moving Bros of Colorado Springs' took advantage of their poor communication. One of his men took numerous smoke breaks while on the clock; repeatedly stepped outside to take phone calls when he was supposed to be wrapping furniture.

That white powder in one of the bins was only flour and sugar though it was beyond frustrating that my property went missing and was never loaded.

Finally, Super Moving Bros did not communicate how much tape or wrapping material would be needed and exhausted the supply despite my asking whether more was needed. 

Based on my experiences, I would not recommend using this company.

BTW: I hired this company three times. The second time was a warning of what was to come. The above report mostly reflects my third experince with them. My first experience demonstrates that unloading a truck is a much simpler process than loading.
