Super Star Car Wash  lied about the services they were giving and wouldn't refund my money. Peoria, Arizona

Don't come here for any detailing work. Was told that they would do a paint correction before they apply the ceramic coating and if I brought them the touchup paint they would fix the chips for $499.00. well they LIED!! and not only that when I paid for the package they don't tell you that its nonrefundable. They didn't fix any of the chips and they didn't do a paint correction and on top of all that they applied the ceramic coating over water spots, and all the swirl marks in the clear coat.

Then the manager tells me that his employee who sold me the package shouldn't have told me they would fix the chips or that they would remove all of the swirl marks and said to get all the swirl out would need repainting of my car. which is a lie!! I've brought my car to a real detailer and said he's fixed a lot worse....regardless the manage said I'm not getting your money back.

NOW THAT'S s**+*TY BUSINESS!! Now I'm out $499.00 and had to take it to a real detailer. DON'T BE TAKEN BY SUPERSTAR CAR WASH!!
