Superior Showers Took my money and left me with an incompleted job. Pompano Beach Florida

Superior Showers was hired in December of 2024 to install a new shower in my brand new bathroom. Upon installation, they broke several brand new tiles and the structure leaked large volumes of water out of the enclosure. The top brackets were not installed properly at the top and the door was installed backwards. After returning 4 times to revise the improperly cut and installed glass, with several re cuts, ultimately, they removed the entire shower door. After months of calling them to come up with a solution, Paul Kuenzle came out to measure the enclosure himself. Paul's solution was to call the $1,800+ that I had already paid in full a "previous job" and offer me a discounted service for the new job to get me a shower door. I am currently out of pocket over $1,800, months of no shower door, cracked tiles, water damage to my new vanity from the leaking enclosure and countless headaches with still NO INSTALLED SHOWER DOOR.
