Suriano Homes Tom Suriano Thomas Suriano Reneged on our contract and left us without a home! Myrtle Beach SC

We are currently building a 'custom' home through Tom Suriano in Waterbridge. It has been nothing but a nightmare. After endless delays, he is now refusing to turn over the house to us right before closing despite our signed contract and deposit (multiple workers suggested that he is angry because he isn't making as much money on the house as originally planned, so we presume he is trying to force us out so he can sell on the market for more now).

There have also been numerous mistakes that we had to uncover on our own and changes we weren't informed about. We've been waiting over 1.5 years and are incredibly disappointed. It's a shame because his crew (ie superintendent, his daughter working as his liaison) are very nice people. But Tom Suriano seems to only care about his bottom line. Do not, under any circumstances, trust your money with him
