Survey Junkie Paid me once to get me comfortable with the site. Once I stared really using it, they locked me out and said they needed to call to very my account. Glendale CA

I earned $10 takin surveys so I redeemed they money on Paypal to make sure it worked before spedning real time and enrergy on the site. A week later I was at $30 so I tried to cash out again. They said they needed to further verify my account before cashing out and that they would call me.

They originally said 48 hours, when that came and went, they said within 7 days. That came and went and I got an email saying they tried calling me, and would try again within 7 more days. After now weeks of waiting and dozens of emails sent, there was still no call to verify. 

Instead of calling me to verify my account, they just periodically send emails saying "sorry for the delay, we have very high call volumes." I wrote a review on another site, and they responded to the review, but still haven't called. They took the time to respond saying they were working to improve their customer service, but have not taken the time to call me and fix it. This was two weeks ago.

Not only is customer service a nightmare, but be prepared to not get paid for surveys you complete and to time out of surveys when you are more than 75% finished with them.
I can't even tell you how many surveys time out/claim they have filled up when you have invested 15 minutes or more into them! You will be 15 minutes into a survey and you will get a message saying "survey filled up, here is $.02 just for trying.” If you go too fast and try to finish a survey before getting timed out, you will get kicked out for going too fast. I can't tell you how many times I completed a survey and didn't get paid, or got paid less than $.05 when it was advertised as a multiple dollar payout. When I complained to customer service about it, they ask for all the info about the survey so they can look into. They only problem is, there isn’t any place to get this info. Once the survey times you out, it disappears. There is no way to get survey history or any of the info they require at customer service. You just have to deal with having money stolen from you time and time again. Listen I did not expect to make a ton of money on this site at all, but I really did not expext it to be such a scam.
