I purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra in June of 2018 from Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Myers Florida. As soon as I got it it started having problems. I notified them at the first oil change and that the struggle has been going on for two years now. There are several problems with the car but cannot be fixed. I have taken the vehicle into the shop at least seven times. When I would take the vehicle in to have it repaired they would never document anything and would simply tell me we can't duplicate the issue you're under warranty bring it back.

Several times I spent at least four hours at the dealership to no avail. They then opened the Cape Coral Sutherlin Nissan location and I took my vehicle there in February to be worked on yet again. They had the vehicle for 8 days and that everything was fixed. Fast forward three months two May 16th 2020 all of the usual issues started again and this time on a Friday evening around 10 p.m. I was almost rear-ended because the brake assist activated itself. I did retain a attorney simply for the fact that they would not fix my vehicle.

The attorney was not much help. The resolution that the dealership has for me is that I should buy a new vehicle. And I am getting the runaround from corporate something terrible. The car is very dangerous and unsafe they told me that there was nothing wrong with it and they cannot duplicate the issue I don't find that as an acceptable answer so I have left my vehicle just sitting at their dealership. I feel like I have been discriminated against because I am a woman and I think the feeling is that if they just keep pushing me off I will go away. I want the dealership or Nissan to buy the vehicle back which is financed through them and also cancel the entire amount of the loan.

 Anytime a dealer LIES about the price of a car and then makes up the difference with a BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONY FEE, then they have told you all you need to know about their LACK OF HONESTY and their LACK OF INTEGRITY. Look for and get an attorney who has a proven track record of dealing with POND SCUM such as this.
