I bought deer guard for my semi truck from this business through Amazon on 5th april 2021. I spend $1478.12 including $275 shipping cost. I had this item delivered to the commercial address(truck repair shop) so that I could directly installed from this shop. This item was too big to get it delivered directly to my home. I had no resources to get it to the truck shop. I requested this shop to please receive my order for me and they agreed.

On 20th april, I got a call from this truck shop that somebody delivered my item to their shop. On 23rd april, I took day off from my work to get it installed from this shop. When I went to the shop, I noticed that there was just a big deer guard without any assembly brackets with it. Mechanic advised me that he could not install it without those assembly parts. Also, other items in the package like wipers, license plate brackets, led lights etcetera were missing as well.

At the mechanic shop, I called this seller directly on phone number 206- 235- 2411. First, this seller tried to avoid me saying go through amazon. Then he send me a text that send me a picture of item that I received. I sent him a picture of deer guard placed on a wooden pallet. His excuse was "why do you contact us 3 days after the delivery". I told him I had to get day off to get it installed on my truck. Then, He said that he had a sign on the delivery page. I told him that the truck shop people did not know what items were being delivered.





They just signed for the sake of that some item had been delivered and they did this as I requested them to receive it for me. This seller is making excuses. It was my hard earn money that he is not refunding. I contacted Amazon about this and they said that this is a third party seller and amazon could not refund my money directly and they had to contact seller. Amazon made this seller agreed to send me a return label. I told amazon as well as seller that seller should manage the pickup as it was a seller mistake and I never handled such a large shipment before. Amazon forced me to manage this shipment and to return the item. At last, I thought that this was the only way to get my hard earn money back and I would have to handle this shipment. Seller had sent me a UPS label of 5 lbs for an item that weighs 171 lbs. This seller sold this product to me and he sent me 5 lbs label knowing that what was the exact weight of this product. He is just making me go round and round in circles.

I contacted amazon again and the seller has been told to send the correct label. Amazon assured me that the seller had to reply within 48 hours. Its more than 72hours and seller does not care to reply. On 1st april on saturday, I wasted my all day finding a place to return this item. I been to UPS with seller's return label and UPS advised me that the seller sent me wrong label. Also, UPS does not manage any item more than 150 lbs. Same thing has been said by usps. I am wasting my time on something that had been done by seller's mistake and I could have spent this time with my family. I am wasting my energy, time and money to rectify seller's mistake.

I left with an item worth $1478.12 that I cant use at all. This seller has looted $1478.12 from me. Please help me out. This was my hard earn money and I cant afford to lose it. I left with no energy as this seller is fooling me around and making me go round and round in circle.
