Tactical Traps Failed to assist with a defective product Crown Point Indiana

I purchased a mirror wall safe with a fingerprint sensor lock.  It took 2 months to get the product then I had to have it installed.  When I got it installed the sensor did not work. I called the company numerous times and had to hold and hold then get a very disinterested person to walk me through the same process that hadn't worked from the start.  I had to send videos of what happened.  Their email didn't accept my videos.  I finally had to use a different laptop to send the video!  I am near 70 years old by the way.  They sent a replacement sensor that I am supposed to install.  No video help, nothing - just telephone again.  I have just tried the new sensor and it doesn't seem to work.  They will not support their defective product!  Do not buy from Tactical Traps!
