Talk of the town consulting llc they are refusing to pay me my last check that i worked for simply because i put in my notice to leave the company. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company with no response TOLEDO OHIO

I put in my notice to leave this company, and 2 of the owners tried to talk out of it and i told them i would think about it and if i change my mind i would let them know. I did not contact them to change my mind and i was let go before my notice was up. I was suppose to have gotten paid almost 2 weeks ago and i still havent recieved my last check to this date.

I got a email from  Bill Jordan telling mw he mailed it out the thursday before i was let go, mind you, i was never told they was going to mail it out, they didnt bother to verify if they had the right address on file or anything, i had direct depsit with this company and they made no attempts to verify anything with me.

I was with this company for almost 2-3 months with no benefits, no health plan at all, none of this was told to me in the beginning, in fact this company doesnt take out any taxes and again, none of this was told to me in the beginning. No company handbook detailing any policies or rules with this company was ever given to me at all.

No copies of anything was ever given to me, this company just dropped me off and left with no direction, no training at all. I knew this company wasnt a good one which i why i put in notice to leave and to this day, i havent heard from the owner Reggie Baugh about this lack of communication, instead they are giving me the run around about giving me my money.
