We have already filed a complaint with the Pinellas county consumer protection agency about this company and the many names it has attached with it and its three officers. I would like to have this company refund the amount paid as they did not fix the problem that amount is 155.00, the 35.00 stop check fee (the stop check was encouraged by the Pinellas county sheriffs department) as they refused to return calls, refused to call back or answer texts and 175.00 for compensation for the 2 scratches they put on the front door of the dishwasher. please see attached text messages. here is the police report number 5019-405039

we just had a service come out on 12/19/2019 he has to order a part and he will be back out on 12/26/2019 to fix the dishwasher here is the 1st receipt and I will give the other receipt on the 26th. it is going to cost a total of $296.00 to fix it. the problem is not the door seal like Tampa Property Solutions said. the police told us to stop payment on the check. Tampa Property Solutions owes us $75.00 we will go to the media if we have to we will. I am not going to get ripped off.

we call them to repair our dishwasher. they came out on the 13th we gave them $40 but they did not have the part so they came back out Monday 16th and he said he fixed the dishwasher and we paid them $120 CK. when he left I ran the dishwasher and it's still leaking. we called and they said they would come back out on 12/18/2019 they said they would be here around 3 pm to 5 pm. never came. called and called nobody called me back. I am feeling this is fraud and even maybe tax fraud. they said they will email us a receipt 6 days still no receipt. I think they are cooking the books. and the person did not come in a work truck but a car. here is a pic of the man's car
