Tariq is a smooth talking scammer, who took the money of me, a female startup, and delivered nothing. he attempted to rip me off and assumed I would do nothing abotu it, but now I am taking him to court. I believe in delivering services and not ripping people off. The letter I sent him is below.  

You dont need someone who charges premium and talks alot of fluff. You need someone honest. Be careful who you hire.     On January 25, 2020 we went into an agreement via upwork, and this agreement was to set-up and work with me to finalise my technology stack, also known as a CRM and review my choice of automations in order to have my outreach work with my CRM.  

I had a clearly defined google document that is still evident on Upwork that I have now screenshotted for court, that outlined the visual map of what Mike had created, what the current state was, and what was required in order to get the show on the road and moving.   I hired you as you were local, paid you 1 hour as a deposit via upwork so you could accumulate a good review and the rest via bank transfer.  

I also noticed that seemed to have a talent for copywriting, and we agreed that you were going to set up our email sequences and correct the messaging.   I created a customer avatar for this purpose.   It was agreed upon in writing by you, that if Videos were required, I would be the one creating them.   I have all emails, time stamps and documentation to prove there was nothing set up on Active campaign till week 3, and only 3 automations at that point which take less than 15 mins.  

All back and forth emails with me, had nothing to do with the actual job.  Besides for the emails of me constantly following up and you replying.   The rest can be discussed in court.   Please note, I hired a VA to set up my sales pipeline on two different CRMS as time was of the essence, and I had no more time to waste.   No email sequences, no thorough analysis of the technology stack, no review  of whether the ultimate outreach goal and technology stack would work, wasd actually conducted.  

You simply advised me to keep my stack, and made a suggestion based on the calendar scheduling tool, that your contractor advised you on.   I don't believe you had the experience to carry out this work, nor did I consent initially to you hiring a contractor to pass off the job too.   It was James who finally analysed my stack in week three, and analysed that the stack is not suitable financially nor for my goals, and this took him 15 minutes  

Mikes previous workflow was ignored, autonation's on mailchimp and active campaign not switched off, 200 leads emailed due to your incompetence.   This was the first thing you should of done, since I hired you to set up the CRM/automation and since the document clearly states that everything is idle, since Mike.   Nothing should have been turned on or active, it was your jib to work with me to set u the new system and my document and shared google sheet document clearly shared passwords and current email sequences on both these systems and I have evidence of mentioning this to you 3-4 times.  

The one document you created, which I have also screenshotted as evidence, none of the work drawn out on that document was completed.   Till today you provided me to email sequenced, you completed no CRM work, you achieved nothing but forwarding me a PDF you already had from another course you have done, and forwarding me a pre-recorded video on youtube that you had created, for me to watch   You are now in breach of our contract, and you have frauded me.   I have hired a lawyer, and I am happy to pay more to sue you in court, as I believe in morals.   I look forward to justice being served
