Ordered shoes size 9.5, but shoes received are more like size 9. Too small to wear. Company advertises 30 day guarantee, no questions asked.
They kept sending response of me keeping the shoes and taking a discount. I wanted full discount and to return the shoes. They finally offered full discount if I paid for return shipping to China. Considering the time and expense of sending back to China, I finally had to accept their last offer of keeping the shoes and taking a 50% discount.
Not a good company to do business with considering their shoes are wrong sized and anyone's guess as to what you will receive and be stuck with it.
Also, they send a tracking number. Trouble is their tracking number information is in Chinese. What a joke.... on me!
