Regarding:  I just chose somebody to hire to fix/repair a loose shelf in my roommates bedroom closet.

i chose the date and time, however, i want them to contact my roommate to make arrangements since it is her room, NOT mine, even though i am paying for it since it is my Place and i am Not there right now since i am busy taking care of my 89 year old mother out in toronto, ontario  canada due to the coronavirus pandemic.

furthermore, i did NOT receive any confirmation by email to show what I just did on your website for my records!

ridiculous.

also, i do Not think that it is fair that You do Not give ME a Code to get a one time Discount since i am an Existing, Repeated Customer who has also referred others in the past and NEVER got compensated!

AFTER i sent them my request for help, instead of helping ME, they Cancelled My Request to Hire A Contractor and gave ME a Fake Excuse by Falsely Stating that I called somebody up on the phone from TaskRabbit Inc. which are 100% Lies!

They have absolutely No Proof and How Would I Get Somebody's Phone Number if I have No Name Of The Person and Phone Number and Email Address since the Private Information Of The Service Providers are Not Published On Their Website which Makes These Losers, Nothing, but Liars!
