Taxrise Misleading and Financial Harm Irvin CA

I hired Tax Rise to help me resolve a 12k tax debt and on the assessment call the representative assured me they could negotiate for my debt to go down almost to 4k, but needed me to pay them 4k. Based on their assurances U paid them $4,250, after three months I received two months of penallties from the IRS, and when I reached out to ask for a resolution to Tax Rise they said they agreed to lower 300dls to my full debt, so I needed to pay nearly the full original amount to the IRS, plus 400dls of penalties, and there was no refund. I tried amicably over the last two months to get at least half of what I paid as refund, but they said their final offer would be 750dls only after I signed an agreement that I would not take any further action including any bad reviews. There was lack of communication, pressure, or genuine interest in helping me this entire process.
