Rex Oliver worked with us for months. Produced a letter of intent for a 21.5 million dollar loan to restructure my company. I signed the term sheet, wired the $50,000 and never heard from him again.

This was over a year ago. I'm now seeing he apparently does this to many people. He has set up new websites to bait people in for the same thing.

Legacy Experience is his new website. His Linkedin profile changes monthly.
