TCG District Scammed me out of $1200 by not shipping 6 preorders placed San Antonio Texas

I placed 6 preorders with them in May in the amount of $198.49 per order. After the item was officially released and I did not receive anything i decided to look them up online and I immediately saw i made a mistake. There are hundreds of other victims who never got their products. I immediately started emailing them over the next few weeks and then submitted chargebacks. They then created shipping labels for all 6 orders but they sat in "usps awaiting shipment” status for months. On 6/26/2025 one of those tracking numbers updated to delivered. However there was nothing in my mailbox. After further research i saw other people saying the company sends empty boxes to addresses in that same city and zip code but not the right street address. This is to ensure you never get the package and then they fraud the chargeback process by showing it as evidence the order was delivered. I have proof of at least 8 other people who this has happened to. I currently have a petition going for other people who were scammed. I plan on reaching out to local news outlets as well as the Attorney General(I already filed complaints with the FTC and AG). All i want is my money back. Money that belongs to me. I never received a single item from this shop and all I want is just the money I paid.
