We needed heavy duty jacks ASAP and found them online from TD Hydraulic Supply.  Tony, the owner, said they accept wire transfers and emailed an invoice to us.  We wired the money that day with the expectation the jacks would be delivered the next afternoon.  When they didn’t show up, we called Tony and he said he would look into it. 

After that he stopped answering our calls and emails (many).  One of our employees has a relative who lives in the area and he went to the address on the invoice.  The sign in that location stated it was a Crunch Fitness Center.  We called two other businesses in that plaza and they stated TD Hydraulic Supply has never been in that location. One of the business owners said he has recently received 5 or 6 calls recently asking that same question.

We have filed a police report, as well as a formal report with the BBB.
