I purchased product from teamstores.com and paid a rush fee to have it delivered within 3 days. I went back and forth with customer service on refunding the rush fee to no avail... After a couple back and forths with teamstores.com customer service, they were adamant that they'd prefer to loose a customer and have customers post negative reviews instead of "making things right" by the customer.
It's a shame that teamstores.com doesn't take more pride in its customer service department. Their support was quick to send me a link in their "articles" section of their website (think "small print!). I ended up having to drive to the post office to pick up the product which was very inconvenient. I don't plan to purchase from teamstores.com again.
