This business shipped an item that is not as it appeared on their website. It is not of the quality described on their website. It did not arrive as stated per their website (it took almost a month after ordering when it stated 5-7 days).
The size is not as stated per their size chart. It was of cheap material and looked to fit a child. The item was shipped and made from China (not stated on your website because they have a Missouri address per this email).
Per their policy it stated they needed to send the return address by email and the customer only has 10 days to return the item. They refuse to send the return address. They let the 10 days expire after multiple emails.
They then offered 30% off when I have continuously asked for a full refund. All of the emails were in broken English.
