Telikin Computer sold me a laptop on payments plans Hatfield PA

I had buy a lap top from Telikin Computer on 3/29/2017 and I thought computer was paid off. However 

Tellikin Computer I claim that I still owe them $69.00.. I when to use my lap top one day and I found that I wasn't to use it's so I had call Telikin Computer and I spoke to James on 2/28/19 and James told that I still own them one of $69.00 and once I paid that one payment then I would own this computer.

. So then on I then I call James again on 3/20/19 and I had told James that I was calling him to pay off my lap top and I already to paid them $69.00 then James turn around tell well acturally I need to them $149.00 and then James ask if I was going to pay them that day..So I told James that I am sorry that I can't paid them that day because James told me back in Feburary that I only owe them $69.00 and that is what I had to pay them..

Then James turn around and tell that I owe them $80.00 in late on top of the $69.00..So then I ask James why didn't say anything to me about lates fees in febuary and james sorry about that but he will see if can get the late fees wave so then james come back to the phone and tell that he can only get $40 of those fees waves so then I told james that isn't really right but agree to pay them $40 in late fees by April 5th.

then 2 days later this company when into my credit card and start helping themselves to my money..So then I had spoke to Vic on 3/28/19 and told that wasn't are agreement and then Vic told will it's their system doing that and he has nothing to with their system and it's going to taking the $10 late fees until all the late fees are paid.

Now go their $40 late fees then are still claim that I owe them $20 in which that isn't right.. I spoke to Zack on 4/30 and Zack told their is nothing can do about this and I ask to speck a supervior and Zack told that one wasn't avialable..
