Tel-Twelve Place Apartments Ignored my complaints about upstairs neighbor who follows me from room to room in my apartment EVERYDAY without fail. Southfield MI

My upstairs neighbor has been stalking me for over a year now from his apartment. HOW, you ask? He follows me (I constantly hear his footsteps in EVERY room I'm in) day and night! This has been going on for over a year ever since my sister confronted him about his loud music. I have never so much as looked in this man's direction, let alone spoken one word to him for ANY reason.

He has also been keying my sister's car for about the same amount of time. He also overflows his dishwasher on occasion causing the water to drip down through the crack he caused in my kitchen ceiling by overflowing his bathtub back in September (intentionally no doubt). The dishwasher issue has happened at least 3 times yet no one in the office thinks it strange that he puts too many dishwashing tabs (his excuse) in his dishwasher.

I do not trust this man and have every reason to believe he is a dangerous, violent pervert who enjoys intimidating and harassing women. I would not recommend this ace to ANY woman I know. I do not even feel safe going to the bathroom and have no idea if all my normal daily activity is being caught on film by this pervert. I shower with the lights off and and looking to move SOON.

My sister and I have both spoken to the office about the incidents and they refuse to even verbally confront him about hus behavior, let alone evict him. All they care about is money, not about tenant safety. I have also spoken to the police about the matter or more than one occasion only to have the matter unresolved and swept under the rug. This is community stalking at best. I do not feel safe here.
