Tenio Latev - Portugal Golden Visa Program, unable to provide the financing to my clients notwithstanding the promises and representations of Latev Internet

For the Portugal Golden Visa Program, I have been successfully promoting Tenio Latev’s financing program, represented to be comprised of a subscription and EUR500,000 investment in Marcha and full financing of the investment by DA upon payment of financing fee (the “Fee”).  I have successfully secured over 70 clients worldwide for this program subject to the fulfillment of the obligations, representations and undertakings of Mr. Tenio Latev (“Latev”) over the course of the last 8 plus months.

Since January 2025, Marcha, DA and Latev have been unable to provide the financing to my clients notwithstanding the promises and representations of Latev.  Latev has advised too many times (daily and weekly) that financing has been funded but Latev has never provided requested copies of bank transfer confirmations notwithstanding many requests. Confederation through its diligence and agents learned that funds were never received and was never sent.  

Since Latev has been unable to provide financing in accordance with the financing program, I have requested a return of all unpaid fees over several months.  The outstanding fees total EUR 513,400.00 without interest or damages incurred.  My requests have either gone unanswered or Latev has given dates for promised repayments but never made.

Latev has shown that Marcha, DA and Latev are unable to provide financing while at the same time refusing to return clients’ fees advanced in reliance on the completion of agreements, promises and undertakings.
