Where to even begin about the piece of human excrement that is Teresa Lee Lientz.  Lientz is her maiden name, but she still uses it.  Teresa Lientz has been married 4 or 5 times.  Her first three marriages were 3 in less than ten years, so she averages a new husband every two to three years.  Somewhere in there she used the last name Kay's as well, but I am not sure if that was a marriage or not.  It wouldn't surprise me.

Teresa Lee Lientz was married to Anthony Gozzola, Gerald Wallace, and Harold Schraenkler out of Lakeland/Polk County between the late 80's and late 90's out of Lakeland/Polk Cointy.  She had around 7 or so arrests out of Lakland/Polk County for everything from possession and writing bad checks to felony grand theft to which she plead guilty and was sentenced to 5 years probation for helping her ex-husband, Gozzola, steal and dispose of stolen merchandise, to which Lientz pled guilty so she cannot deny it:.

If you look on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Coirt you will see three additional felony charges for Teresa Lientz for felony breaking and entering, felony possession of burglary tools, and felony grand larceny.

Under one of her married names of Teresa Schraenkler, she had another 15+ misdemeanor charges, largely for writing bad checks, in the early 2000's.  There has got to be more out there.

Teresa Lientz also has lawsuits everywhere from mainly creditors because she has filed bankruptcy twice that I know of, so if you looked her up you would have to use various combinations of the above names.  Too many lawsuits and other legal issues to even list.

Teresa Lientz has a hard time keeping a job too and changes often.  In the last several years alone she has worked for NRP Construction Group, Dal Tile, and now some small construction firm in Ft. Myers.  Teresa Lientz has also worked for places like Home Defense (pest control) and Soectra Contract Flooring.  It's no surprise Teresa Lientz can't keep a job:

Teresa Lientz's kids are not much better.  Her daughter Carolyn Wallace had such a bad record that at one point she tried to change her Facebook name to Caroline Lientz.  Carolyn Allace Woolston had a shoplifting from a Bealls in Bradenton  because she went into a dressing room, put on new clothes, and tried to walk out in the new clothes leaving her old clothes in a dressing room.  Carolyn Wallace's other legal issues include possession, driving without a license (more than once).  It talked a special person to get evicted from a house in the middle of Newtown, one of the worst neighborhoods in Sarasota, Florida.  

Teresa Lientz's son Dylan Wallace isnt much better.  Dylan Wallace has so many traffic violations on his record in Manatee County, Florida that it is a wonder that the guy still has a drivers license.  Dylan Wallace apparently does decent plumbing work, too bad Dylan Wallace will never have a plumbing license because of his felony grand theft conviction, in Manatee County, Florida, WHEN DYLAN WALKACE WAS STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL.

Stay as far away as you can from the walking piece of garbage that is Teresa Lee Lientz.
