They advertise on Craigslist as 2 Maids for 2 hours $100.  I set up the appointment and they canceled the first day.  I set up another appointment for 2 days later and the lady on the phone sent me a confirmation.  We the two "maids" ( a big man and a small girl)  showed up they said payment had to be made 1st.  This was supposed to be a deep cleaning on a small efficiency apartment. 

I went over 2 items specifically,  the floors and dusting of the heater vents.  The girl indicated they would do both and had special brushes for the vents.  She also said the 2 hours would be sufficient for the cleaning.   I checked on them a short while later to see if they needed anything.  They said no. 

I went back to my office and a short while later they got in their car and left, after slightly more than an hour.   I went to see the apartment unit and they did not clean any cabinets, no vacuuming or floor washing and no dusting.  They cleaned the tub, sink and sprayed some oil on the wood door to the closet. 

I called the phone number listed and the owner said she was on another job and had sent some "helpers". She said she would call them and call me right back.  She never called back and now my calls go straight to voicemail.  Let the Buyer beware.  This is a scam company.
