Terrance Slade TDS Holdings, Big Blue Homebuyer, Slade Home Healthcare, and Lance Edwards Group Lied on contract and implied false information Alpharetta GA

Terrance Slade and his companies like TDS Holdings, Big Blue Homebuyer, Slade Home Healthcare, and Lance Edwards Group offered a fair price for my property, saying the buyer was TDS Holding and would pay me a certain amount and I signed the contract 5-16-22. 

An attorney had looked over the contract and added an addendum, which Terrance Slade originally said he had no problems with it but never signed.  Later he said it was not realistic.  The addendum said I could live there until I found a new place (as I had 2 horses, dogs, and cats). 

I found another property that would have been perfect and asked for the money.  He refused on 6-14-22.  Even though the contract specified TDS Holdings was the buyer, it was not.  He was looking for a buyer. That was misleading as I would not have signed if I had known Terrance Slade had to find a buyer.  Since he did not have a buyer, he wanted to prevent me from selling to someone else.  Our area is being bought up by developers.  He did not want me to sell to another.  I discovered several lies he had told me, and I advised him that I did not like dealing with him and wanted to withdraw from the contract.  He had never paid any earnest money and we had not been to a closing and no title had changed hands.  Terrance Slade’s response on 6-23-22 was that I had 2 options, 1.  We could work together and rework a new agreement (I thought we had been working together and he never provided a new agreement) 2.  Terrance Slade said he can file the contract with the county (this will prevent any future sales until there was an agreement between us).  In other words, if I did not do what he said, I would pay dearly and not be able to sell my home.
