Terry Trail/Southern Asphalt Paving Failed to complete a paving project. Nashville Tennessee

We hired Terry Trail and Southern Asphalt Paving to pave our driveway which was lined with noticeable cracks and had a giant gap where a tree root pushed through the surface. Although they agreed to pave our driveway so that it would conform with the photograph of a newly paved driveway, they simply put a new coat of asphalt on the driveway which immediately cracked in dozens of dozens of places. They also failed to smooth the portion of the driveway where the tree root pushed through and, as a result, that part of the driveway doesn't match the rest.

They initially told us they would return and complete the job and we paid them in the full; however, they never returned. When we would follow up with emails, Terry would acknowledge that he needed to finish the job and say he would return--but he never did. His son also promised to come by on multiple occasions but he also didn't show. Our driveway now looks worse than it did before they started.
