I was told by Raul that the Protection Package was not an option. I was taken to another office where I signed using a tablet. Several months after the purchase I reviewed papers and discovered that they had separately included 4 pages of MetroGuard PDR/Wheel/Windshield protection package. The first page spelled out terms of agreement along with service contract price listed as $0.00. I had the right to cancel but I would get nothing in return.
At the bottom of this first page is a place for the buyer and dealer rep to sign. There are NO SIGNATURES. THERE ARE NO SIGNATURES BECAUSE I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS PAGE AND MY RIGHT TO CHANCEL. THEY DID NOT PRESENT THIS TO ME FOR SIGNATURE BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THE PROTECTION PACKAGE WAS ACTUALLY OPTIONAL. THIS IS FRAUD.

You were taken to a room to sign and this was AFTER you were told this add-on BS was NOT optional? In other words, YOU played the roles of doormat, sucker and chump and YOU rewarded them with their profit! In this room, did you even bother to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you agreed to it? Why did you find this stuff out MONTHS LATER? Now you come here seeking sympathy because YOU didn't even bother to STAND UP FOR YOURSELF and WALK OUT! Absolutely amazing! What is wrong with you people???? Carvdealers play these CON-GAMES because they know there is an ample supply of doormats, suckers and chumps! Go out and get yourself a BACKBONE.!!!!
