We did a delivery for a company Texas Carpet Wholesale, Attn: Freddy Cruz and Norberto Cruz. We were taking payment from them using Direct deposit however, on the last delivery they bailed on us and never made the payment.

They took advantage of the flooding that was happening in Houston at the time and skipped out on payment. We have been pursuing them with final payment letters and court threats but they refuse to pay. It has become clear to us that they do not have any intentions on making a payment.

We have been reaching out to them and now they do not pick up our phone. This company screws people over on both services and payments. we worked with them on rates and gave them discounts but they only repaid us by screwing us over.

They stole over $3000 from us and we were unable to recover that.
