TEXAS GARDENS MOBILE HOME PARK, SUSAN BAINS, MICHAEL DOLMAN, SUNROCK PROPERTY MANAGMENT FAILURE TO ANSWER COMPLAINTS AND RETURN DEPOSITS Southlake Texas, California

Having lived in this park for over one year, I am amazed at their horrific treatment of their tenants. As a real estate agent, I know the law and they are lawbreakers with no shame. They let the park look like a ghetto while ignoring their own maintenance requirements.

We went without water for three days because they were too cheap to hire competent plumbers. Upon my complaint, I was harshly reprimanded and they sent three thugs to bang on my door thinking it may intimidate me. It did not. Could not.

I decided to relocate and requested my $2250 in deposits to be returned with in the 30 day window required by state law. They have ignored me to this day and now over 60 days have passed. I have been required to file a lawsuit in federal court to recover my deposits and I am also seeking one million dollars in punitive damages.

Susan Bains is a liar. Michael Dolman is a liar and a lunatic. Unhinged. Irrational. Do not lease anything from these people unless you wish to be abused. My rent was always paid on the first but that did not matter. The re no commons sense at work with this group. Must be smoking dope.
