texas road house didn't serve correct meal ordered Middletown ny

The server Jenny was great, and she took the order properly. The problem was when the kitchen combined with the rude manager of the establishment; the meat was not made properly. I ordered mine well cooked, and my order was cooked median well. An establishment that caters to 50 to 60 people a day should not make a gross error of this kind. The manager just added to the overall bad experience of a meal night with her bad attitude. Not sure if she was racist or just bad attitude. Her respond, when the problem was addressed to her was "Well mistakes happen," like if I asked for this mix up of tasting under-cooked meat, then she just walked away withthout even stating if she was going to in any way fix problem like speaking to her kitchen staff or even a simple apology would have been suffice. I will not go there again, nor advice any family or friends to eat there. Texas restaurant has to remember too that there are many other restaurants that people can go to....
