TGBDM xBorder Ecommerce, TGBDM admittedly sent me the wrong merchandise

but They shipped me a different model  - LORETO PALLADIUM CO    I don't want these sunglasses, i want the ones i ordered and paid for.  they are telling me that if i pay and ship them back, they will refund the cost of my original ordered sunglasses.

in other words i paid $40.26 for the sunglasses and $12 shipping and if I pay another $12 to ship back the sunglasses i receved but didn't order, they will refund me $40.26

It was their error and I am required to pay $24 shipping and they pay 0.  I think this was bait and switch.  They admit fault but want me to pay all expenses.
