TheHelpCard BowFlex Charged me for a merchandise (Treadmill) that i never recieved Sandy Utah

Approx. (4) months ago I placed an order for a treadmill via Bowflex. I requested that the treadmill be financed. I applied for credit thru TheHelpCard (HC Processing) 800 726-8555. I got approved for approxiamtely $4200 the treadmill only cost about $2400 in total.

I was given a delivery date but decided to cancel prior to delivery due to the fault of Bowflex not keeping in communication with me regarding the exact date/time of delivery. So I never recieved said treadmill. Note: I made all the formal notifcations via email/and telephone calls. Nevertheless HC Processing believed that i still owed them the $2,400, despite not having never recieved the treadmill.

I call Bowflex ask them to provide a full refund to HC Processing but this apparently took sometime on behalf of Bowflex to send said refund. Meanwhile, HC Processing charged me with (2) late fees and also an annaul fee for membership of $39.00, in addition to monies they beleived were still owed. I questioned HC Processing as to why they felt the need to ruin my credit!!!! I find their actions to be extremely fraudulent. I also filed a complaint with BBB.
