Theodore Wayne Lopez - Groomed and harrassed a minor sexually. Hanover Park Illinois

Theodore lopez is not to be trusted with women or children in any capacity.  In fact leaving children in his custody or care. Is direct endangerment to that child. Theodore lopez used his military rank to meet young children. As a specialist in the reserves he slept with a twelve year old girl while at the Mexican border. He brags about doing it and not getting caught to this day. He also had several photos of minors in sexual poses on his phone which was turned over to police at the time nothing was done. The second incident occurred when in 2008 he was in a sexual relationship with a 17 year old girl he groomed who was still in  Willowbrook high-school at the time. Which he preyed on by volunteering his time to speak about being in the army to students. He however at the time of said incident was a fully grown man of 22. The third incident occurred occurred in 2012. She was 16 at the time of the incident attending Willowbrook High school. He was an engaged man with four children at the time of this event. He was 26 at the time of them first seeing each other. He would supply her and her friends under the age of 21 with alcohol. He would then take the young girl back to his hotel room frequently. He groomed her not to tell anyone about him or their relationship for years. He knew she couldn't consent as she was still a child and sexually assaulted her multiple times. This became so regular and frequent that she was convinced he was here boyfriend despite that not being the case. The girl to this day still won't talk about all of the things that occurred. 

The fourth incident occurred in 2020 she was 15 at the time. He was supposed to be her babysitter and took advantage of her. He was 33 at the time of this event. Because of his friends in law enforcement and military no charges were filed.
