I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mr. Theodritch Lipsey, Attorney-at-Law, for his inadequate and unprofessional handling of my case, which has caused significant distress and potential harm to my legal standing.

I am a Navy veteran who was injured due to the fault of the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. I entrusted Mr. Lipsey with my case almost two years ago, expecting diligent and timely legal representation. However, my experience has been quite the opposite.

On multiple occasions, Mr. Lipsey assured me via email that he would call me to discuss the status of my case. Despite these promises, he failed to follow through, leaving me uninformed and anxious about my legal situation. Furthermore, there have been instances where it seemed that my inquiries prompted sudden, albeit short-lived, bursts of activity on my case, suggesting a pattern of neglect.

When I confronted Mr. Lipsey about his repeated failure to call me as promised, he decided to withdraw from my case rather than address the issue. This abrupt decision to withdraw has placed me in a precarious position, jeopardizing the progress of my case and causing unnecessary delays.

In my frustration, I conducted a background check on Mr. Lipsey and discovered that he attended Western Michigan University's Thomas Cooley Law School, which has been criticized in various articles, including being listed as one of the worst law schools in the country. Given that he is a negro, I also want to highlight that my dissatisfaction is not rooted in any racial bias. My concern lies solely with Mr. Lipsey's professional performance, which has been consistently subpar. I believe it is crucial for the public to be aware of these issues so they can make informed decisions when seeking legal representation.

Given the gravity of my situation and the potential impact on my legal standing, I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly. I seek a resolution that includes the following:

1. A formal review of Mr. Lipsey's handling of my case.

2. Appropriate action to ensure that no other clients suffer similar experiences.
