My dog Sir Cosmo and myself have been a member of TDI for several years now. This past May our Veterinary Dr. advised us that Sir Cosmo should Not recieve any further Rabies vaccination shots. He sent us a "Certificate of Exemption Rabies Vaccination' certificate.
Cosmos vaccination shot was due for June 2019. TDI refused to grant us the exemption and unilaterally and arbitrarily dropped us from their program effective June 2019. That left us with a full 6 months of prepaid insurance and program benefits for 2019.
We wrote to TDI and requested a refund for the unused portion (6 months) of our insurance and membership fee for 2019. They have flatly refused to refund any monies to us.
