I want to warn others about Abraham, the owner of 28thFinancial.com, who promised to help me get an American Express Black Card (Centurion).
He claimed he had the right connections to secure the card for me quickly, but required $750 upfront to cover the process.
I trusted him and sent the money. After weeks of excuses and delays, it became clear that he had no intention of delivering the card or returning my money.
Abraham has since ghosted me and provided no proof of progress or refund. I strongly believe this is a scam targeting individuals by offering an exclusive credit card in exchange for upfront payments.
Avoid doing business with 28thFinancial.com or anyone promising to secure a high-end credit card like the Amex Black Card.
